Senior Drupal Developer

Skills/Requirements: 
Solid coding abilities within the Drupal framework, including module development
Sophisticated scripting; complex database queries and construction of hybrid Views
Database administration, including configuration of shared tables
Light server administration, in conjunction with team of network engineers
Site scaling and performance optimization, in conjunction with team of network engineers
Module installation, patching and upgrades, with a focus on security
Strong theming abilities; up-to-date grasp of base themes and best practices
LAMP, PHP, mySQL, CSS, Javascript, jQuery, JSON
File system, Bitcache, IMCE, Views, Blocks, CCK, Date, Menus, Roles, I18N, L10N
Minimum three years experience of high-level development on the Drupal platform
Cohesive vision of overall Drupal architecture and impact of changes on that environment
Up-to-date knowledge of Drupal security patches, prior versions and upcoming upgrades
Llongstanding involvement in the Drupal community
General knowledge of information architecture, usability and accessibility best practices
Iinvolvement with multilingual websites, internationalization and localization

Set up new sites within content sharing architecture
Theme sites according to art supplied by outside designers
Script migrations of static site content into content sharing architecture
Script database search-and-replaces within existing databased content
Create new content types and import existing databased content into them
Develop new site capabilities and features
Generate new Views using both interface and coded queries
Focus on supporting the end user in the ICANN - Internet community
Maintain content sharing architecture and database configuration
Maintain sites through efficient patching, upgrading and debugging

Senior Software Engineer - Ruby/Rails

Skills/Requirements: 
The ideal candidate will have technical leadership experience in a small software development organization as well as strong technical knowledge/skills and expertise in developing complex infrastructure, web-based software and enterprise software.
Experience in several of the following is required:
Demonstrated expertise in leading the design and development of highly scalable enterprise solutions is a must.
Ruby/Rails expertise is required.
