Graduation from an accredited college or university with a four-year degree in computer science, information systems, library science, business, statistics, management, electrical engineering, or related areas of study, with the successful completion of a minimum of twelve (12) semester hours of computer-related courses, of which at least one (1) was a college-level computer language course.
Relevant experience, as discussed below, maybe substituted for college or other coursework on a one (1) year of experience for one (1) year of college basis.
Three (3) years experience performing complex systems analysis.
Three (3) years experience using PHP and the LAMP architecture to develop and maintain applications. This experience must include the design and development of websites using an open source CMS such as Drupal, or Joomla.
Three (3) years experience using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS in accordance with current web standards.

Experience in applications development in C++, Perl, and/or Java.
Experience in design and development of Drupal modules and themes.
