We are seeking an experienced and talented visual designer to bolster our creative department. Working with our marketing and product groups, we produce visually compelling web and UI design, video, banners, ads, brochures, and collateral. The qualified candidate should have a positive, problem-solving attitude with an acute attention to detail and possess experience with web, mobile and UI design and user experience.

Skills/Requirements:
4+ years design experience with a User Interface / User Experience background
Online portfolio
Solid sense of design, layout and typography
Flexible, highly organized and able to recommend priorities for projects
Excellent communication skills and ability to handle pressure
Bachelor's degree in design or equivalent experience
Solid knowledge of the constraints of website design
HTML, Javascript, CSS
Functions/Responsibilites:
Collaborate closely with other designers and members of product management team to create world-class experiences
Must be present through the entire design life cycle, from producing rough concepts to delivering a polished design solution
Listen, digest and resolve feedback with a creative solution and positive attitude
Work closely with the development team to ensure designs are implemented correctly
Set project schedules; estimate and manage own time accurately and effectively
Consistently adhere to team processes and standards; contribute ideas for improvement
Work quickly and efficiently without sacrificing a consistently high level of attention to detail; highly iterative, quick, design cycles.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices
Act as an advocate for the customer and has a strong understanding of user-centered design and navigation structures
