Skills/Requirements: 
Working towards an undergraduate or graduate degree in Digital Media, Graphic Design, HCI, Industrial Design, or equivalent
Strong analytical skills, written and verbal communication skills, and interpersonal skills
Keen sense of interface and flow needs for a product
Working knowledge of programs such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Visio, and OmniGraffle
Ability to work well under pressure, manage time, and meet deadlines
Practice various interface design techniques: concept models, use-case models, storyboards, flows, wireframes, functional specifications, etc.
Able to provide and take direction
Employ a user-centered design process
Communicate clearly the value of and reasoning behind your designs
Visual design skills a plus
Prototyping abilities in programs such as Flash/Flex or Processing a plus
Ability to work in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript a plus
Functions/Responsibilites: 
The User Experience Design Intern will work closely with the Groups design team of visual and interaction designers to design the features and the experience of the next generation of Groups.
He or she will also work with product management to help define feature requirements and engineering to build out features.
We want a designer willing to explore, take risks, and push the envelope to create stunningly elegant and simple designs for our users.
This may take the form of visual explorations, content or flow analysis, or prototyping different solutions. Help us create the absolute best place for people to connect with each other.
