As a member of Corp Application support team, you will join a highly talented team which builds applications and/or implement systems that support wide range of business users throughout Yahoo!
Skills/Requirements:
B.E./B.Tech./M.S. in Comp. Sc./MCA or equivalent
Advanced knowledge of xhtml and css and JavaScript (Ajax)
He will have sound experience in the Frontend architecture and will be responsible for studying and providing performance improvement recommendations in those areas.
Familiar with JavaScript libraries such as YUI
Familiar with tools like, adobe Photoshop & Dreamweaver
Xml, php , mysql would be a plus
Experience working with template systems and content management systems
Experience and/or interest in web, new technologies and capable of proposing innovative features
Experience with web Accessibility & Usability
Multitasking abilities, proactive learning person
Proactive team player
Functions/Responsibilites:
Implement web projects using xhtml, CSS and JavaScript
Creating prototypes and wireframes ( PSD to HTML mocks screens )
Designing functional design, HTML layouts based on the requirements
Management and styling of templates (create obtrusive and semantic code)
Implement client side JavaScript functionalities
Understanding existing or new project requirements and contribute to improve, optimize and develop new features
Create documentation
