A young dynamic business automation software development company is searching for an intermediate to senior PHP Developer/Analyst.
Job Description:
Reporting to the IT Directorate, you will be responsible to develop application solutions. Your mission consists of as a first priority to provide technical analysis based on the specification of various internal and external exigencies. You will craft the technical documents and test the requisite computer programs and will provide weekly reports thereof.
Skills/Requirements:
Experience with PHP frameworks (Zend Framework, CakePHP, Symfony, Code Igniter)
Advanced PHP 5, Master Object-Oriented Programming and experience with another OOP language (C#, Ruby, Python, Java) is an asset.
Very good knowledge of the MVC architecture and design patterns
Advanced JavaScript Programming and experience with some JavaScript libraries (jQuery, ExtJs, Prototype) is an asset.
Knowledge of Web Standards (XHTML, CSS, XML, etc...)
Experience developing Web 2.0 applications
Database (MSSQL) – mastery of SQL, modeling database (3NF), dimensional modeling experience will be a definite asset
Experience in Web application architecture
Experience with SOA architecture, knowledge of Web services (REST, SOAP)
Analysis and design of UML diagrams
Knowledge of project management database as well as Agile methodology and principles
Ability in Windows and Linux
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related
Five (5) years experience
French and English Bilingualism
