Interactive Web Design/Developer

Our client is looking for an Interactive Web Design/Developer to partner with technology to develop iterative prototypes that will eventually be turned in production web functionality. Development work will be done in an Agile environment, and it also involves coding Ajax and Flash with some prototyping along the way.
Skills/Requirements:
Must be versed in base development skills that include FLEX, AJAX, Flash, HTML, DHTML, XHTML, JavaScript, CSS, XSLT, XML, PHP.
Must be versed in tool sets/packaged applications that include Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Fireworks.
Experience in Financial Service is required; Defined Contributions is a plus.
Proven ability to collaborate/lead web design teams in creating Rich Internet Applications (RIA) and lead requirements/set direction with external design agencies and internal design teams.
Must be comfortable working teams, results oriented, and thrive in a fast paced environment.
Excellent communication skills.
