2+ years of development experience with Drupal.
1+ years of Drupal module development.
Experience with web service integrations.
Experience with jQuery.
Experience with large-traffic sites and how to optimize them.
Working knowledge of UNIX/Linux environments.
Functions/Responsibilites: 
website feature development (community, member features, etc.)
multi-site deployments
repository management
